LINENS Some things to remember:
Whenever possible, seat the lower amount of guests at the table. For example, if seating says 8-10 guests, 8 guests will fit MUCH more comfortably than 10.
The larger number can only be used if you’re NOT using charger plates on the table.
If you are planning on having a full setting at each table (dishes, flatware, more than one piece of glass ware, etc.) stick to the lower number.
When having an outdoor wedding on grass or dirt, consider linens that don’t go completely to the floor to avoid them getting wet or dirty before guests arrive.
When you are making your seating chart, place younger guests closer to the dance floor/speakers and older guests farther out. This will allow those that are more elderly to talk more easily without yelling over any speakers.
If you are having an outdoor wedding and using 30″ Hi-Top Cocktail tables, we recommend adding a sash so the linen doesn’t keep blowing off the table. But, when you are using a sash, make sure to order a longer linen because the sash makes everything shorter revealing the stinky metal feet (and you don’t want that).
Damage waiver is NON-REFUNDABLE
When renting equipment or party items from Plymouth Event Rentals A mandatory fee of 12% is added to every rental item. This fee is damage waiver. What is damage waiver? Damage waiver covers the customer from the cost of repairing equipment if said customer damages rental equipment during the rental.
There are stipulations, however, as certain types of damage is not covered, such as: theft, collision, misuse or abuse, intentional damage, mysterious disappearance, damage caused by improper care (not protecting from rain) and damage caused by neglect.
Lessee agrees and understands that the damage waiver charged is not insurance, it provides limited protection against accidental damage to equipment rented on this agreement. It does not cover damage from misuse, negligence or abuse. Exclusions from damage waiver are the lessee’s responsibility and will be billed the lessee directly:
Damage caused by exceeding or overloading the rated capacity of equipment.
Damage from animals (pets)
